great dog toy
This is great for my dog. keeps him busy. Just keep in mind it isn’t waterproof. My dog dropped it in his water bowl and it no longer worked. We just bought a second one and are more careful.

Puppy is super entertained!
My pup is chasing thing all over the place. There are 3 settings, slow medium and fast. My older dog is scared of it which is great because sheâs been taking the other toys I got for the puppy for herself so sheâs letting him have this one because sheâs not sure what to make of it. Itâs hysterical to watch the pup play with it and it tires him out! Great find!!! It comes with another rope incase this one rips apart and the charger! Very easy to operate!

My dog loves it!
I bought this for a new 3 month old puppy we just adopted. However as soon as I turned it on and set it on the floor, my 9 year old, 20 lb dachshund went berserk for it! He NEVER plays w toys but has been playing with it for an hour and wonât even let her near it! I gave it 4 stars for durability: heâs basically toothless and already shredded one rope in half (it does come w 2) & now heâs chewing the plastic ball apart. This wonât last long. Definitely not for large breeds or heavy chewers! But it has provided tons of entertainment for pups and people alike. Iâm going to order another for the puppy!

Not a bad toy, could use improvement
This has been a fun toy for our dog, a little Maltese guy. But the exterior is very hard plastic, and we hear a lot of banging on the floors. Also, the design requires that you unscrew the bottom cap to turn it on and off, a bit of inconvenience. But the shaking and twisting and little bird chirps, albeit very low volume, have been fun for our dog. The rope tails unravel and add to the bad design.

Banishes Boredom!!
This is the 2nd one we’ve gotten for our dog. She went CRAZY over the first one. It was left at another house, and she was doing that doggy boredom look, so we got another, instead of waiting to get the other one back. She came into the room after I charged it and saw it in my hand. If it were a filet mignon she wouldn’t have been as crazy happy as when she heard the steak and saw the cord fly around.She plays with it for hours. It’s like having a BFF to chase, bark at, and when the setting is on to respond to sound it’s amazing how she knows she’s in charge. Be prepared for play you’ve never seen! You might even get a little jealous that she/he wants to play with ot more than with you. Our pup is 66 lbs. She grabs it by the cord and throws it across the room or down the hall and chases after it. Barking and galloping.The only cautions -If you have a chewer, be sure to keep an eye on your dog chewing through the cord. Now something to have as a treat. The other has to do with smart dog who chews. Ours will grab it and chew it like any other ball. It the top isn’t on securely- make sure it clicks after charging before giving it to the pooch. Ours figured out how to twist it off. Neither the top. Nor the partial ball should be used as chew toys. It has to be well connected, and have at it!Very substantial material, not squishy, doesn’t tear. Her first one is over a year old. Still rocking…literally!High recommendation to keep indoor dogs active and challenged and out of trouble. Woof!!!

Our dog, who probably hails from a Tasmanian devil, loves the toy. he played with it for hours, finally falling asleep from exhaustion. Great toy for your pooch. The toy won all the battles and lived to fight another day.

Not durable, had bite marks immediately
Best for smaller dogs. Even then Iâm sure they will make bite marks too. The ball is hard yet my dog put so many marks on it. Heâs a blue heeler about 60lbs. I will say their customer service is amazing. I was contacted for feedback and they jumped right into helping me get another one since the first one I got didnât work.My dog loses his mind for this toy and itâs the most hilarious thing. Keeps his mind activated since he is a working dog.On his first go around it was marked up pretty bad. The top and bottom pieces will fall apart from time to time while playing with it too. Easy to put back together though.Perhaps I didnât see if they said not suitable for medium/large dogs. Needs a redesign to make it more durable. I have several light up balls that have stood the test of time due to quality of material.New design is needed here. Or offer a larger more durable one for medium/larger dogs.

Not for my dog
All he wanted to do was eat the hard orange housing outside. I had to throw it away after a few days because he was able to bite off pieces of it and I didn’t want him to eat it. If your dog is an aggressive chewer I do not recommend. Other wise this is a clever toy and should keep them occupied.

Can someone please contact me as this product has arrived but it will not charge. Had plugged in and red light just keep flashing and wont charge, so when i push button nothing happens. I would really prefer a replacement rather than getting my money back at this stage
