This really is a beautiful, comfy dog bed, and I LOVE that the inserts and cover had no chemical smell at all–zero. It’s super easy to assemble, and very nicely made. I would highly recommend washing the cover before you use it though, because the fleece is sculpted, and you will get lots of micro-shredded fleece particles on everything if you don’t wash it first.

The foam egg crate was defective originally
I have been several of these over the years and never had a problem with them. This one is defective. The egg crate didnât expand properly and no one answered the phone. I emailed them and they replaced the egg foam with a new one. Iâm very pleased with the response. I will buy it again next time

Great Dog Bed
I have a great dane like to stretch out. So this bed is big enough. Please there is no assembly required. Very warm then sleep on her rugs. It very thick padding for her.

Good choice and not over priced
This is HUGE and a reasonable price! I purchased the Jumbo one for my Great Dane and a small one another time for my chihuahua. The jumbo is so big that there is enough room for me to sit next to my 150 lb Dane on it. We may have actually been able to go down a size and it would have fit more ascetically in the living room by the fire place. Truth, I saw âjumboâ and with a Dane didnât even look at the measurements…I just figured of course. I canât say that it is chew proof, I donât have chewers but I would assume the beds holds up as most other beds would given the cover. The cover is easy to remove/wash and itâs a plus to be able to order extra separately and not have to replace the whole bed!! The beds are soft compared to other brands, this particular style I wouldnât describe as plush, which oddly my dogs prefer. He hasnât had it long enough for me to see if or how long it will take to loose itâs shape, though Iâm sure itâs going to outlast a few we have had just because of the material itâs made of versus âstuffingâ. I think that the cover you choose also adds to the feel, I have one quilted and the other Is the velvet. Velvet is softer, quilted is way easier to spot shedding on. The quilted seems to be pretty sturdy, that one is actually outside (desert weather) and is easy to brush dirt right off.

We purchased this product a few years ago. That product was great. We have a blind Boston terrier that would lean into the elevated perimeter foam that was isolated into a separate compartment with a separate zipper opening. After she ripped open that padding from years of use, we decided to repurchase the product as a replacement. Up to that point, we would’ve recommended it to anyone with a small dog.The 2nd purchase is not even close to the same material or design. Quite honestly, this is garbage. The elevated padding on the perimeter is not isolated to a separate compartment; it’s free flowing on top of the base padding. As tightly as we tucked in the outside cloth, it never settled in before our dog even stepped into the base. Then, everything shifted way worse. It’s functionally useless. We threw it out. The cover design & the material from which is made is not anywhere close to either the version we purchased a few years ago or the photos still exhibited in the description. We don’t even want the return $. We’ve never written a bad Amazon review. Do not purchase the newer current version of this product. It’s flat out false advertising. It’s a blatant knockoff of both previous versions & the aforementioned current description.The best way we can distill a review into simplest terms is flagrantly misleading. The photo comparisons speak for themselves. Don’t fall for the bait & switch

Perfect bed!!!
My dog hates getting a new bed, but he loves this one. It is so thick and soft. He doesnât want to get out of it. My dog is an 80lb lab, so I bought the jumbo size. I thought it was going to be too big when I was unpacking it, but itâs the perfect size.

One side of the bed foam remains flat, flat, flat. Per instructions, I waited 48 hours, but one side had not risen at all.I will give this a bit more time, but otherwise, I will return this product. Even if it does fluff up as advertised, the out-of-the-box experience is underwhelming.Also – a warning to Canadian customers – the FurHave Pet Product warranty does NOT apply to us. I registered (I was forced to accept spam as part of registering), and the fine print says there is no warranty coverage for Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. Boo on you FurHaven.

The title should say it all. Hahaha!!! We have two seniors. Our oldest boy isn’t flexible so always struggled fitting on the typical XL beds from the pet store so in my search I found this bed. We bought it. And he loved it. He can roll around with no fear of falling off the bed, thanks to the bumpers (and he’s also learned if he lies down with his bum on the bumpers it’s easier for him to get up on his own). Then our other senior decided she loved the bed enough that she wanted one too and would steal it anytime he got up for a drink, food or a leg stretch. So now…. we have 2 of these gigantic beds taking up half of our living room. Worth every penny.

This bed would have been perfect except unfortunately the foam is completely uneven, on one side it is 5 inches thick and advertised, however on the other side it is only two inches thick, there for the who bed is slanted.
